Themes

Where can I get some free Desktop Themes?

So anyway i just bought a new labtop from somebody and i hate the themes that are on it so anyway i just wanted to know if anyone knew where some cool free websites where, so i can put new themes on my computer and i found a few websites but every time i download one and try to add it as a theme i just keep getting some type of error thing saying the file cannot be found so can you also tell me what i'm suppose to do about that problem. PLZ & THNK
