How can i add vista themes to my desktop which is windows xp sp2?

i have seen that sort of vista themes to some computers with windows xp sp2 if possible from where can i download those necessary files for vista themes? please mention specific links if you can.

Search for 'Vista Inspirat' and 'Crystal XP' in Google. Both are free and good. P.S. They are resource hogs, and will bog down your system unless you have at least 512MB RAM.
try vista customizer x v.6 that's the best for advance! because it's manual!
If you want the clock and your pictures in the side bar, google side bar gives you that and much more
