Unable to install Desktop Themes in Windows 98?

I've installed Windows98 with quick restore CD provided with my Compaq PC. When I tried to install desktop themes through Add/Remove Programs-Windows setup option, the installation stopped after 37 percent progress and I got the error message-Unable to copy files, insert the windows98 CD after cleaning it. But, installation is not starting after inserting the Compaq quick restore CD.

1. It means your computer has too much stuff in its memorry. You have to clean out the spyware.
