How do you find the desktop themes on AOL 10.0?

I have tried and tried to locate the dektop themes not the aim themes but the desktop themes for aol desktop since I downloaded the AOL 10.0 and it tells me to click on expressions then click on the environment tab, but there is no environment tab for me to click on, on the expressions page. All I have is a plain light blue background and I would love to get something on it. Please help.

2. Sorry, I have no idea. I don't really like it though, and I'm trying to figure out how to save a chat room as a favorite. I click the little red heart and it doesn't work. I tried to download 9.1 again, but couldn't find it on AOL's website.
