How do I delete unwanted desktop background themes or pictures?

For some reason, the pictures that I move to "My Pictures" file also show up on the menu of desktop background themes and I cannot delete them from this menu. Anyone help me??

1. Create a new folder for your Pics and then delete them from My Pictures.
