Are there any websites that offer desktop themes without adding spyware to your computer?

2. A very nice theme site is themes.belchfire.com. They have themes for both Vista and XP and the themes are all user-submitted but the staff there check each theme for spyware and viruses before letting people download it.

4. http://www.crystalxp.net/ is by far the best. The bricko pack allows to have a tool bar like a MAC its pretty cool.
