How do i get and use windows XP themes and icons?

I want to make my computer unique and my own.I have the windows XP royal theme now.But i forget how i got it. So is there a legal and safe website that specializes in XP themes? Also i watch allot of computer videos on youtube and i see people with windows XP but they have different icons than me And is there a legal and safe website that has custom icons?
